How do I order?

What payment methods?

We accept bank transfer & credit card payment. To pay by bank transfer or credit card, use your internet banking app to transfer payment directly to our bank account.

When will my seeds arrive?

Orders typically ship within 2 business days and arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Orders over $100 are shipped for free. You can opt for guaranteed delivery for an additional price.

Can I return seeds?

Due to the nature of seeds, we do not accept returns but will assist with any issues.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.
